Every year, pupils in the local schools (13 local schools and just under 600 pupils) are given a bulb growing kit. The kit consists of a good quality plant pot, compost, instructions and bulbs. P4 receive a Prepared Hyacinth Blue Jacket and P5 receive three Narcissus Tete a Tete.
Sometime in September members of the society assemble these kits in the polytunnel in Ardardan and once assembled they are then delivered to the 13 schools.
